LIFE GROUPS ARE WHERE WE GATHER TOGETHER as smaller groups of believers to encourage, challenge, care for, and spur one another on as we seek to know and love the Lord more. The Scriptures are clear that following Jesus is a team sport; community is non-negotiable. Life Groups are for everyone, in any stage of life, and every person offers a unique contribution to build up the body of Christ. While each group has its own identity and rhythm, you can expect to find the following in all of our Life Groups:

At North River, there are two seasons of Life Groups each year.
Fall — August - December
Spring — January - May
During the summer, groups change their rhythms but maintain relationships through organic hangouts. During Life Group season, most of our groups meet three of the four weeks in a month.

LIFE GROUPS: Life Groups are a place to grow deeper with Jesus and your Church family, no matter your age or season of life. We have both life-stage specific Life Groups and multigenerational groups. These groups are led by Life Group leaders or co-leaders and overseen by Pastor Cody, our Administrative and Discipleship Pastor.
MEN'S BIBLE STUDY: Kickstart your morning with our Men's Study! Fuel up with breakfast and coffee as we dive into God's Word together. Pick the day, time, and location that suits you best.
Wednesday – 6:30am at Popi's in Ellenton led by Pastor Michael
Wednesday – 8am at Skillets led by Pastor Cody
Thursday – 7am at Skillets led by Phil Box
WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDY: Each time our Women's Study meets, we come together and dig deep into God's Word. First we spend time in fellowship and small groups, then we move into a time of engaging teaching that will challenge and inspire you in your faith journey. Don't worry about your little ones! We have childcare available for kids pre-k and younger.
